I was buying an urn to replace one that had gotten damaged, and this company has treated it like no other! It came secure in a soft (felt or velvet?) bag and with care instructions. The ribbon I got was also bubble wrapped and carefully placed into its box. It’s so nice to know they actually care for the safety of your purchase. I’ve bought from other places that didn’t do any of this. Amazing company, amazing customer service! 10/10 recommend
